What challenging behaviour training covers

Our challenging behaviour training shows the people around a participant how to use their Behaviour Support Plan each day. A practitioner walks you through each strategy and answers your questions.

You know the person well, so your knowledge shapes the plan. We coach carers, teachers and support workers, so everyone responds to behaviours of concern in the same calm way.

We run hands-on coaching and group workshops, face to face or online. Sessions fit around your household, school or support team.

We come back to check how the strategies are working. If something is not helping, we change it and show everyone the new approach.
