About these Terms
This website and our services are provided by My Behaviour Support Pty Ltd (ABN 11 674 296 578), referred to in these Terms as "we", "us" or "our". We are a registered NDIS provider of Positive Behaviour Support in South West and Western Sydney.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Your service agreement
Before any behaviour support starts, we agree a written service agreement with the participant, or with the person who makes decisions for them. We talk you through it first, and you can take time to read it and ask questions.
The service agreement sets out:
- The supports we will provide, and how and where we provide them
- The hourly rate, travel charges and how invoices are paid
- The notice period for cancelling a session
- How to end the agreement or change provider
- Your rights, and how to give feedback or make a complaint
If the service agreement and these Terms differ, the service agreement applies to our services. These Terms still apply to your use of this website.
NDIS pricing and our hourly rate
Our rate is $252.99 per hour, in line with NDIS pricing arrangements. We charge travel at a 50% reduced rate, and we do not charge for kilometres travelled. Assessment reports and Behaviour Support Plans are practitioner hours, so they are claimed at the same hourly rate.
The NDIA reviews price limits each year, so rates can change. Nothing on this website is a fixed quote. Please confirm the current rate at your first consultation and check it in your service agreement before you sign. See our NDIS behaviour support pricing.
Cancellations and missed sessions
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a session. Early notice helps protect the participant's NDIS funding.
The NDIS allows providers to claim for a short notice cancellation under set rules in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. This can apply when a session is cancelled at short notice or missed without notice.
Your service agreement states the notice period and fee that apply to you. We will not charge a cancellation fee that the agreement does not set out.
Confidentiality and its limits
We keep the information you share with us confidential. There are times when the law requires us to share information without consent. These include:
- Reportable incidents, which we must notify to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- Lodging Behaviour Support Plans that include regulated restrictive practices, and reporting unauthorised use of a restrictive practice
- A child or young person at risk of significant harm
- A serious threat to someone's life, health or safety
- Subpoenas, court orders and other legal requirements
Restrictive practices are always a last resort, and our work aims to reduce them over time. Our Privacy Policy explains these limits in more detail.
